The Case For Composting

June 2, 2018June 1, 2018

It’s compelling, to say the least — David Buckel self-immolated  to bring it to your attention.

Here’s a simple guide to get you started.

New York City is among those enabling this for apartment dwellers.  (My building recycles compostables; it makes me very happy.)   Boston offers a handy guide of its own.

And because composting is about working together in sensible ways to preserve our miraculous little spaceship, here’s a 48-second political ad I found only vaguely related, but uplifting.  Remember good old-fashioned decency?  Civility?  Citizenship?  Norms?  Compromise?  Values?  Eloquence?  Modesty? Generosity of spirit? Bipartisanship?

Just sayin’.

Have a great weekend!
