GOOD NEWS / BAD NEWS
The good news is that, thanks to some of the stimulus money spent in the President’s first term, our national infrastructure has improved! The bad news is that, thanks to Republicans’ refusal to put people needing work TO work doing so much more that needs doing (funded with near-zero-rate long-term bonds), the grade has improved only from D to D+.
