Volume II of his report makes clear to more than 1,000 former federal prosecutors that, were he not president, Trump would have been indicted on multiple felony charges. Volume I makes clear that of course there was collusion! Witting, unwitting, or slightly (dim?) witting, Trump is a Russian asset.
