Good News, Macro and Micro September 13, 2002February 21, 2017 It’s always good to be upbeat on Friday the 13th. MACRO Good. So the weapons inspectors will go back in and we will not invade Iraq. Or, worst case, we’ll go in with the backing of the United Nations. This is a big improvement.
