At Last

Charles and I knew only one person killed on 9/11. Ironically, it was our wonderful friend Rob Deraney, filled with life and sunshine — who first introduced us. (Rob brought Charles to what was then my, but became our, July 4th party. Charles thought I was a lunatic. It took us four more summers to get together, 17 summers ago.)
