He promised no new wars — and started a huge one. He promised terrific health care “at a tiny fraction of the cost” — and has yet to reveal, after 10 years, even his “concept of a plan.” He promised to pay down the debt — and has added massively to it. He promised to appoint only “the best people” — and has appointed lackeys and incompetents. He promised to deport “the worst of the worst” — and sends harmless, helpless asylum seekers . . . in shackles, no less . . . to the Central African Republic. He promised to release the Epstein files without unnecessary redactions — and has not. He promised to drain the swamp — and runs the most corrupt administration in American history.
